We are a micro SME based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Our team is comprised of post-doctoral / post-graduate individuals with complementary experience in Phycology, Aquaculture, Biotechnology, Bioremediation, Food and animal feed development, and Sustainability.

Our main objectives are:

• to provide the most relevant and cost-effective microalgae/cyanobacteria for diverse sustainable applications, namely as food and animal feed-additives, functional food and beverages, bioplastics, cosmetics, textiles, and dyes/pigments.

• to explore and provide innovative and agile cyanobacteria/microalgae-based bioremediation solutions to industrial, urban, agricultural systems, as well as to help tackle natural algal blooms and other eutrophization agents

• and,given the fairly recent and quite exponential growth of the algae-based markets, we are engaged and actively contributing to pre-and co-normative research (i.e.PNR and CNR) for the further development and sound application of  algae-specific normative measures and standards.

Our  market-entry planning model is based on the 'Blue Ocean Strategy', i.e. based on the simultaneous pursuit of differentiation and low cost.
